Automation system ISA-PP-DSKM is designed for control of line oil heaters PP-4V, PNK-1.9(0.73), PTB-1.6M, PP-0.63AS, PP-1.6, PP-063A, PPT-0.2G and other types.

ISA-PP-DSKM is designed to carry out the following tasks:

• Verification of readiness for operation, ignition and activation of basic mode, operation in basic mode, emergency and planned shutdown according to the regulations 
• Automatic management of heaters process mode (preparation, ignition and activation of basic mode, operation in basic mode, emergency and planned shutdown) 
• Remote control of heaters and process valves from operator workstation and local operator panels, which are part of heaters control station 
• Automatic keeping of preset product temperature at heaters output, when fuel-air relationship are optimal 
• Alarm, protection and interlock of heaters and release of information with deciphering of shutdown cause 
• Accumulation and backup of data about heaters and equipment operation and operating staff activities in the database and generation of reports 
• Energy saving, environmental improvement at the facility
